采用灌注工艺处理综采工作面贯通时冒顶实践

摘　　要：以榆家梁煤矿42213综采工作面为例,介绍了大采高工作面贯通时冒顶过程,总结了采用高分子材料灌注工艺处理冒顶的技术方法,经实践取得较好的灌注效果,顺利通过冒顶区,可为类似贯通、回撤过程中的冒顶处理提供借鉴。Taking the 42213 fully mechanized coal mining face in Yujialiang Coal Mine, this paper introduces puking process while holing on working face with large mining height and summarizes technique adopted high polymer material priming technology to deal with puking. After being exercised, the priming effect is pretty good and the puking area is passed successfully. The similar holing or puking handling in retracement process can take it for reference.
