摘　　要：本文基于对民生概念的理解,深度考量我国农村居民生存与发展面临的实际问题与影响因子,首先选取了与乡村民生密切相关的63项评量指标,通过专家评定、数理统计等方法对初选指标做了进一步的筛选与优化,建立由5个向度、42个指标项构成的中国乡村民生评量体系,并采用AHP法进行了权重确定。最后,以山东省烟台市农村地区为个案进行了实证分析,说明该研究建立的评量体系具有可操作性。Thorough consideration of problems of survival and development and the influencing factors faced by rural residents in Chi- na, preliminarily sixty--three parameters from five aspects reflecting the characteristics of the Chinese rural people＇s livelihood are taken into consideration. By means of expert assessment, mathematical statistics to do further technology filtration, we established the evaluation index system of rural livelihood on five dimensions and 42 evaluation index, then determined the weight of it by AHP method. Finally, applying the analysis system to Yantai＇s rural area, the results indicate that the proposed assessment system is practical.
