摘　　要：本文以中关村为例,分析了中关村科技金融改革的经验与启示,基于创新调查与企业财务数据的对接,实证分析中关村科技金融改革的现状与问题,系统论述了中关村科技金融服务体系的协同发展模式与启示,旨在整合多种金融手段,强化动态协同匹配,深化科技金融合作,促进科技资源与金融资本的有效对接。This paper took Zhongguancun as an example and analyzed the science and technology financial reform experience and en- lightenment in the Zhongguancun. Based on the connected-data of innovation surveys and corporate financial data, we did some empirical analysis of the status quo and problems of science and technology financial reform in Zhongguancun and systematically discussed the collaborative development pattern and inspiration of the Zhongguancun Science financial services system, designed to integrate a variety of financial instruments, to strengthen the dynamic synergy match, deepen financial cooperation of science and technology, and promote the effective joint of scientific resources and financial capital.
