摘　　要：卡马西平临床主要用于癫痫、神经性疼痛的治疗。近年来,卡马西平也可用于心血管、精神科、内分泌等领域;但其导致的药物不良反应报道日趋增多,严重者甚至危及病人生命。药疹是卡马西平最常见不良反应,此外血液、神经、内分泌系统及多系统损害也较常见。Carbamazepine is typically used to treat epilepsy disorders and neuropathic pain in Neurology.Recently,it’s also gradually applied in cardiology,psychiary and endocrinolgy.However,more and more accompanying adverse drug reaction（ADR） were revealed,which even endangered patients’lives.Drug eruption is one of the most common ADR of carbamazepine,and it also has multiple effects on blood system,nervous system,endocrine system and even multi-organ system.Be clearly aware of clinical manifestations,related knowledge,prevention and treatemnt strategy of carbamazepine-induced ADR should be highly evaluated by current clinical physicians.
