摘  要:以3-(三甲氧基甲硅烷基)丙基-2-甲基-2-丙烯酸酯为偶联剂对SiO2进行表面改性,得到改性的SiO2颗粒(MPS-SiO2),用原位聚合法以甲基丙烯酸在MPS-SiO2上杂化聚合制备了聚甲基丙烯酸-二氧化硅(PMMA-SiO2)复合材料。采用SEM观察了复合材料的形貌;采用IR和TGA对PMMA-SiO2的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,MPS-SiO2颗粒能够成功地被甲基丙烯酸杂化聚合形成PMMA-SiO2复合材料;最优的反应条件是MPS-SiO2为0.4g,甲苯为30mL,甲基丙烯酸为1mL,过氧化苯甲酰为0.01g;最优的干燥条件是PMMA-SiO2先经溶剂抽提,再在真空30℃下干燥。SiO2 was chemically modified with silane coupling agent 3-methacrylic propyltrimethoxysilane, and modi- fied particles MPS-SiO2 were obtained. The poly methylacrylic acid-silica(PMAA-SiO2 )composite material was prepared by i^situ polymerization,with methylacrylic acid heterozygous polymerized on the surface of MPS-SiO2. The morphology of the material was observed by SEM. The structure and properties of PMMA-SiO2 were characterized by IR and TGA. The results showed that MPS-SiO2 particles can be successfully heterozygous polymerized by methylacrylic acid to form PMAA-SiO2 composite material. The optimal composition of reactive raw materials were 0. 4g MPS-SiOz, 30mL toluene, lmL methylaerylic acid, 0. 01g benzoyl peroxide. The best drying condition was that PMMA-SiO2 should be solvent extrac- ted before drying at vacuum 30℃.
