摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、苯乙烯为聚合单体,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,通过溶液聚合制得了含氟羟基聚丙烯酸酯共聚物(PGHES),以含异氰酸酯的不饱和单体HIp与共聚物PGHES侧链上的羟基反应制得光敏性含氟聚丙烯酸酯(U-PGHES)。用傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1 H-NMR)表征聚合物结构;用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)及差示扫描量热仪(DSC)表征聚合物分子量及玻璃化转变温度;用光学接触角测量仪测量了聚合物固化膜接触角并计算得到表面能。结果表明,固化膜表面能随U-PGHES中含氟量的增加而降低,当含氟量达到9%时,表面能降低趋缓。A fluorinated polyacrylate copolymer(PGHES)was synthesized via free-radical copolymerization of dode- cafluoroheptyl methacrylate, 2-Hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 2-EthylhexyI acrylate and Styrene in solution. An UV-curable fluorinated polyacrylate resin(U-PGHES)was obtained by a prepolymer of isocyanato-containing unsaturated monomer re- acting with the hydroxy on side-chain o[ the copolymer PGHES. The structure of the copolymer was studied using IR and NMR. The molecular weight and Tg were characterized using GPC and DSC, and contact angle and surface energy were measured using optical contact angle measuring device. The results showed the surface energy of cured film of U PGHES deceased with increasing fluorine content and when the fluorine content reached 9%, the surface energy decreased slowly.
