摘  要:采用甲基硅橡胶、乙烯基硅橡胶、甲基苯基乙烯基硅橡胶作为耐烧蚀绝热材料的基体,对其性能进行了研究,结果表明:甲基苯基乙烯基硅橡胶属于综合性能较好的成碳型绝热材料基体。以甲基苯基乙烯基硅橡胶为基体,制备短切玻璃纤维、短切碳纤维和聚芳砜纶浆粕增强耐烧蚀绝热复合材料材料,对其物理性能、导热性能及耐烧蚀性能进行了系统研究。结果表明不同纤维的增强效果差别较大,相同用量条件下,PSA浆粕增强制得的复合材料线烧蚀率较低(0.086mm.s-1);从综合性能及碳层结构方面考虑,玻璃纤维与PSA浆粕可以作为苯基硅橡胶耐烧蚀绝热材料的成碳增强材料。Silicone rubber insulation materials for a solid rocker motor was fabricated by different kinds of silicone rubber matrixes and different short fibers. The materials was charaterized by mechanical properties, thermal conductivities and liner ablation test. The results showed that methyl phenyl vinyl silicone rubber with good mechanical and ablation re- sistant properties was suitable for insulation matrix. The composite reinfoced by short glass fiber, shot carbon fiber and polysulfonamide(PSA)pulp had different mechanical and ablation resistant properties. The liner ablative ratio of the com- posite reinforced by PSA plup was just 0. 082ram · s-1. In terms of the comprehensive properties of the composite, it was more suitable for silicone rubber be reinforced by glass fiber and PSA pulp.
