摘 要:在氯铂酸催化剂的作用下,采用硅氢加成反应合成氨基硅油,并将合成的氨基硅油进行乳化,采用正交试验优化乳化配方,得到最佳的乳化条件是氨基硅油含量为3%,乳化温度为50℃,乳化时间为1.5h,复合乳化剂含量为5%。将乳化好的氨基硅油对亚麻织物进行整理应用,通过测定亚麻织物的白度、断裂强力、吸水性、弹性回复角,分析得出最佳的整理工艺。利用扫描电镜及X-射线衍射仪对整理后的亚麻织物进行表征。结果显示,经氨基硅油整理过的亚麻织物有较好的服用性能。Amino-silicone oil was synthesized by hydrosilylation reaction under Chloroplatinic acid as catalyst, the a mino-silicone oil was emulsified and orthogonal test emulsifying was used to get the best emulsification conditions. The best emulsification was : 3 % amino-silicone oil, 40℃ emulsifying temperature, 90 minutes stirring time and 5 % emulsifier. Finish- ing applications of amino-silicone oil was adopted to treat linen fabric, the best finishing process was obtained by measuring the whiteness, breaking strength, water absorption, elastic recovery angle of the linen fabric. Linen fabrics were character ized By scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and ?(ray diffraction(XRD), the results showed that the linen fabric finished with amino-silicone oil had a soft performance.
