摘　　要：文章旨在以当前国际国内经济形势下煤化工行业和电力行业的现状分析,结合陕煤化集团现电力板块的实际状况,以企业发展战略相关理论为指导,对陕煤化集团内外部环境进行分析,参考国家专业研究机构和相关专家的研究成果,对集团的电力板块发展战略进行了系统分析和认真研究,提出了陕煤化集团电力板块发展战略规划、实施措施和可行建议。Trhis paper aims at the current domestic and international economic situation of coal chemical industry and power industry ＂s present situation analysis, combined with the coal group is the power plate and the actual situation, to the enterprise development strategy theory as a guide, the rank of group of internal and external environment analysis, national professional research institutions and experts of the research results, the group electric power sector development strategy undertook systems analysis and careful study, put forward the coal group power plate development strategy planning, implementation measures and suggestions.
