摘　　要：煤层顶板的观测是掌握开采煤层的基础技术工作。科学合理地确定采煤工作面开采的初次来压和周期来压步距,对于采煤工作面的生产和安全管理具有指导意义。在采煤工作面顶板管理方面采取防治结合的原则,做好来压预报预测工作,同时可根据顶板观测成果,合理确定液压支架工作阻力,发挥支架的优势,能及时发现各种可能造成支架—围岩故障的隐患并及时采取措施加以消除。The observation of coal seam roof is the basic technology ot grasping coat mining. Scientifically and reasonably determining the initial and periodic weighting step distance in the coal face mining, has guiding significance for the coal face production and safety management. Tcking the principle of combining prevention with control in coal face roof management, doing a good job pressure forecast, at the same time according to the roof observation results, determining a reasonable working resistance of hydraulic support bracket, and playing advantage, can timely find out various stent may cause rock failure risks and take timely measures to eliminate.
