摘　　要：本文针对大屯选煤厂煤泥水系统存在的问题,提出了新的絮凝剂操控方案,降低了选煤厂絮凝剂的消耗量和重介旋流器选煤介质的消耗量,提高了选煤厂循环水的清洁度、原煤处理量、产品质量及回收率,为选煤厂创造了良好的经济效益,减轻了工人的劳动强度。In view of Datun coal mud water system existing problems, put forward a new flocculant control scheme, reduces the consumption of coal washery flocculant, improving coal preparation plant circulating water cleanliness, greatly reduce the heavy medium cyclone separation medium consumption, improve the raw coal handling capacity, product quality and recovery the rate for coal preparation plant, created good economic benefits, but also improves the level of application of science and reduce the labor intensity of the workers.
