摘　　要：传统的投入、产出评价办法已经不能适应不断扩大的煤矿企业投资生产评价问题的研究。文章借助数据包络分析(DEA)模型,分别确定了输入、输出权重分量,建立了唐山矿2008-2010年3年的生产经营情况模型,通过计算看出,该模型符合唐山矿实际生产经营情况。为煤矿企业生产经营策略的制定提供了理论依据。Inputs, outputs, traditional evaluation approaches have been unable to adapt to ever- expanding production evaluation of coal mine enterprises to invest in research. This article through the packet network analysis （DEA） model, determine weight component for input, output, respectively, to establish a 2008-2010 three years in Tangshan mine production and business models. Through calculation, Tangshan mining in this model is consistent with the actual situation of production and management. This article for the production management of coal mine Enterprise provides the theoretical basis for the policy.
