按需出版中两种乱象的分析及图书馆的应对措施

摘　　要：按需出版这一新兴出版方式在给作者、出版社及图书馆带来诸多积极影响的同时,也随之出现了两种乱象:一是学位论文按需出版中的乱象,一是免费维基百科内容中的按需出版乱象。图书馆界应采取提高外文图书采访馆员的信息素养、加强同行之间的交流、采用现场选书方式等措施提高外文图书的采访质量,规避按需出版的乱象。As an emerging way of the publishing, Publishing on Demand brings many positive impacts on authors, publishers and libraries, at the same time, there are two kinds of discorder in Publisthing on Demand： one is in publishing on demand of the dissertation, the other is in Publishing on Demand of the Wikipedia. The library field should take measures to improve the quality of the acquisition for foreign language books, avoid the disorder in publishing on demand, it includes improving information literacy levels of acquisition librarians of foreign language books, strengthening the communication among peers, using the on-site book selection method, and so on.
