摘 要:以7个苹果品种及5个杂交组合的F1代种苗为试材,测定并评价了叶长、叶宽、叶厚、叶面积、叶形指数5个表观性状,研究了苹果杂种后代叶片性状的遗传规律。结果表明:苹果叶片性状呈现明显的衰退趋势,叶片性状在杂交后代中存在广泛变异,叶片大小在个体间的差异变化最大,比较适合作为杂交后代叶片性状早期选择的指标。Seven apple eultivars and five hybrid progenies of different cross combinations were used as test materials,the appearance characters of leaf length, width, thicknesses and leaf index were investigated, the genetic trends of leaf traits in leaves of apple breeding were studied. The results showed that there was a great discrepancy and there were great varieties among hybrid progenies in leaf traits, The differences among singles of leaf sizes were the largest and were the suitable index of early choice of leaf traits of hybrid progeny.
