摘  要:以1a生"白玉龙"火龙果老熟枝条为试材,研究比较了9种不同材料的混合基质对火龙果种苗发育的影响,以确定适合北方温室火龙果种苗扦插繁育的最佳基质配比。结果表明:80%土壤+10%草炭+10%蛭石、65%土壤+15%草炭+10%蛭石+10%牛粪以及65%土壤+20%草炭+10%蛭石+5%鸡粪3种配比的基质,有利于种苗根系发育和枝条生长,可以繁育出根系发达、枝条健壮的火龙果种苗。With 1-year-old 'White dragon' Hylocereus undatus mature shoots as materials,the effect of nine kinds of mixed matrix in different materials on seedling development of Hylocereus u^latus were studied,in order to determine the optimum proportion of matrix to breed Hylocereus u^tatus seedling in the northern greenhouse. The results showed that 3 kinds of matrix was conductive to the development of Uylocereus unlatus seedling,the soil 80% +peat soil 10%+ vermiculite 10% ,or the soil 65%+peat soil 15%+vermiculite 10%+eow manure 10%+,or the soil 65%+peat soil 20%+ vermiculite %+chicken manure 5%. It could bred strong seedling with well-developed root system and branches.
