摘　　要：国际债务危机与经济复苏缓慢,严重影响欧洲乃至全世界的商业发展,欧洲物流业同样面临诸多新的挑战,如航空货运阴云密布,碳排放交易体系投诉不断,港口进入扩展时代,新环境法对海运业提出新要求等。对此,欧洲绝大多数港口、航空货运及第三方物流供应商采取措施积极应对,加大在相关基础设施建设、网络构建等方面的投资力度,进入风能等新兴行业寻求新的市场,提高安全度与环保标准等。International debt crisis and slow economic growth seriously affect the business development of Europe and even the whole world. The European logistics industry faces many new challenges, such as the problems of air freight, constant complaint of carbon emission system, the expansion era of ports, the new requirements for shipping industry under new environmental law and etc. Therefore, the most of European ports and providers of air freight and 3PL have taken active measures by increasing investment in infrastructure and network construction, seeking new markets in the rising industry such as wind energy to improve the safety and environmental standards.
