摘 要:利用激光法试验测定了296.15~312.15K的温度范围内妥布霉素在乙醇.水混合溶剂中的结晶诱导期,并考察了温度、溶剂组成等因素对结晶诱导期的影响。结合经典成核理论,利用试验测定的诱导期计算出了妥布霉素在乙醇.水混合溶剂中的固液表面张力、表面熵因子。利用表面熵辨识了妥布霉素在乙醇.水混合溶剂中晶体的生长模式为连续生长模式,晶体表面粗糙,此结果与试验结果完全吻合。The induction period of tobramycin nucleated from an aqueous ethanol solution rang from 296.15K to 312.15K was investigated experimentally by scattered light method. At the same time, the effect of temperature and solvent composition on the induction period was discussed. Based on the classical nucleation theory, the solid-liquid interfacial tension was determined by induction period, and the surface entropy factor was subsequently calculated from the solid-liquid interfacial tension values. The calculated results of the surface entropy factor indicated that the growth model of tobramycin crystal grown from ethanol-water system was continuous growth model and the surface of crystal would be rough, which shown good agreement with the experimental results.
