摘 要:目的:建立玄明粉的X-射线衍射特征指纹图谱。方法:采用X-射线衍射法对10批玄明粉样品进行定性分析,以相关系数法和夹角余弦法计算各样品共有峰的相似度。结果:10批玄明粉X-射线衍射指纹图谱相似度>95%。结论:建立的玄明粉X-射线衍射特征指纹图谱专属性强,为玄明粉的鉴定和质量评价提供参考。Objective: To establish X-ray diffraction characteristic fingerprint of Natrii Sulfas Exsiccatus. Method: X-ray diffraction method was applied to do qualitative analysis of 10 batches of Natrii Sulfas Exsiccatus, correlation coefficients and angle cosine were applied to calculate similarity of shared peak in each sample. Result: Similarity of shared peak in X-ray diffraction of Natrii Sulfas Exsiccatus was 〉 95%. Conclusion: This X-ray diffraction characteristic fingerprint of Natrii Sulfas Exsiccatus had strong specificity, it could provide a reference for identification and quality evaluation of Natrii Sulfas Exsiccatus.
