摘 要:中药组分配伍模式包括方剂组分配伍、单味药组分配伍、标准物质组分配伍,但方剂组分配伍研究中仅局限于少数组分,组分配伍多采用单个药效指标评价法来确定最佳配伍比例,研究组分的层次不一致等问题急需解决。随着研究的深入,对组分配伍的研究已经不再单纯局限于对方剂中的组分进行研究,它逐步扩大到单味药中的组分配伍和标准物质的组分配伍,并且取得了不少积极的进展。中药组分配伍有可能成为中药新药研发的新方向和中医方剂配伍理论的继承与延伸,但还需要更多的研究基础来支撑。By consulting related papers published in recent years, the mode was analyzed and summarized. The model of component formula in Chinese medicine included the component formula of prescription, the component formula of single herb, the component formula of standard material. But the study of the component formula of prescription was only limited in a small number of components. Most of the studies of component formula used the single pharmacodynamic index as evaluation method to determine the optimal ratio of Compatibility. The inconsistency of component levels and other problems needed to be resolved. The model of component formula in Chinese medicine has made positive progress, but it also need more basic research support.
