抗高血压因子对心肌氧自由基损伤及花生四烯酸代谢的影响

摘  要:目的 探讨抗高血压因子 (AHF)对心肌缺血损伤保护的机理。方法 以异丙肾上腺素性心肌损伤大鼠为模型 ,观察AHF对其心肌丙二醛、钙含量、血栓素B2 和 6-酮 -前列腺素F1a( 6-keto -PGF1a)的影响。结果 AHF保护组较心肌损伤组上述指标分别减少 46 0 % ,62 2 %和 5 8 6% ,而 6-keto -PGF1a增加 12 3 4% (均P <0 0 5 )。心肌病理损伤程度也显著减轻 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 AHF对异丙肾上腺素造成的心肌细胞钙超载和氧自由基损伤具有明显的抑制作用 。Objective To investigate the protective mechanisms from myocardial ischemic damage of antihypertensive factor (AHF).Methods AHF was used to protect the models (Wistar rats) of myocardial ischemic damage induced by isoproterenal(ISO, 80 mg/kg s. c). The influence of AHF on the contents of myocardial molondialdehyde(MDA), myocardial calcium and TXB 2 in plasma and 6-keto-PGF 1a was observed.Results In the protected group of AHF( 4.0 mg/kg i.p, n =10), the contents of myocardial MDA, myocardial calcium and TXB 2 were significantly lowered with a mean 46.0%, 62.2% and 58.6% and 6-keto-PGF 1a increased 123.4% respectively compared with non-protected group( n =10, P <0.05), and the degree of myocardial ischemic damage significant less( P <0.05).Conclusion AHF can inhibit Ca 2+ overload of myocardial cell and oxygen free redicals damaging induced by ISO, and also can influence the metabolism of arachidonic acid too.
