摘  要:目的监测潜艇艇员长航前后体液生化指标变化,以评价长航环境对艇员健康的影响。方法采用Me-donicCA620血常规检测仪和奥林帕斯-400型血液生化自动分析仪分别检测血常规和生化指标,用URIMATIC-LAD3型尿液分析仪测定尿常规,用Porter-Silber比色测定法测定尿17-羟皮质类固醇,双波长吸光度差法测定血液一氧化碳血红蛋白含量。结果与航行前监测数据相比,航行15 d后艇员血液常规指标偏高,血清中Mg2+、Ca2+、K+、丙氨酸转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶和淋巴细胞百分率升高(P<0.05)。结论长航条件对艇员部分生化指标造成了影响,可能会进一步影响艇员的健康水平。Objective To detect the changes in the hemogram and biochemical indices among submarine crews after a long navigation in order to evaluate the impact of long navigation environment on the crew's health. Methods Medonic CA620 blood tester and Olympus-400 type blood biochemical analyzer were used to detect the blood and biochemical indi- ces. URIMATIC-LAD3 type urine analyzer was used for urine routine. Porter-Silber colorimetric assay was used content of the determination of urinary 17- hydroxyl corticosteroids. The blood carbon monooxide hemoglobin was detected by dual wavelength absorbance difference method. Results After 15 days of sailing, the routine blood indices and the Mg2+ , Ca2+ , K+ , ALT, LDH, and lymphocyte % (LyM%) of crew increased. Conclusion The 15 days' voyage has some effect on submariners' blood biochemical indices.
