摘  要:肉毒中毒是由肉毒毒素引起、以中枢神经系统症状为主的致死性神经中毒疾病。肉毒毒素是目前已知毒性最强的蛋白毒素,被国际上列为重要的生物毒素战剂,也是恐怖分子最有可能使用的生物恐怖剂之一。由于肉毒毒素具有很强的抗原性和免疫原性,因此发展肉毒毒素疫苗和抗体是有效防治肉毒中毒最重要的医学措施。该文综述了肉毒毒素疫苗及治疗性抗体的研究进展。Botulism, caused by highly potent botulinum neurotoxins, is a severe neuroparalytic disease typically affect- ing the central nervous system. As the most poisonous protein substance known, botulinum toxin has become one of the most important biological agents, but it is likely to be used for bioterrorism. The most effective means of defending against the toxin, given the strong antigenicity and immunogenicity, is by inducing the protective immune response through vac- cines and by developing therapeutic treatment through antibodies. Based on the structure and characteristics of botulinum toxin, this review focuses on the development of vaccines for prevention and of antibodies for treatment.
