摘 要:以Web of Science数据库收录的首批"985工程"高校H-index论文中国际合作论文为样本,从合作论文数量、合作国家、通讯国家及第一国家等方面考察了国际合作的年代与国别特征,主要有如下发现:(1)"211工程"与"985工程"不但极大地促进了国际合作产出,而且改善了国际合作国家结构;(2)国际合作率与国际合作产出均经历了三个发展阶段,但两者不一致的表现表明依赖国际合作模式提升论文卓越性的发展方式进入瓶颈期;(3)合作国家符合"80/20"原则,且主要合作国家由G7国家、金砖国家及亚洲新兴工业化国家(地区)三个集团构成;(4)中国对其卓越学术合作产出的控制能力与主导能力亟待加强;(5)在中国各阶段合作网络中,美国是唯一一个有能力在各个阶段充当经纪人角色的国家,且对其他参与国的控制能力与中国相当。文末对研究存在的不足与可能的改进进行了分析。This paper analyzes the collaborative characteristics and trends of excellent academics taking the view of age and space on national level. Based on H - index papers of C9 league from Web of Science, the major findings of this study are presented as follows : ( 1 ) Project 211 and Project 985 not only greatly promote international collaboration but also improve the structure of collaborative na- tions ; (2) Both the ratio related collaborated outputs to all outputs of C9 league and collaborated outputs go through 3 stages, while the different performance between the two reveals the way laying the excellent academics on the international collaboration goes into the bot- tleneck; (3) All the collaborative nations commit the "80/20" law, and its major is emerged as three groups of the G7, BRICs and A- sian newly industrialized countries; (4) The capacity to control and lead the outputs of collaborated excellent academics should be strengthened for China; (5) America is the only nation which can act as a broker, possessing the ability and possibility to control other collaborative nations as China in each Chinese collaborative network. Finally, the paper discusses the deficiencies and possible im- provements in the future.
