摘　　要：目的　评价体外授精 -胚胎移植 (IVF -ET)和卵母细胞单精子显微注射 (ICSI)技术的疗效。方法　 74例不孕患者采用常规超促排卵方案 ,B超监测卵泡成熟后 ,经阴道B超引导下取卵 ,实验室体外培养受精并作胚胎移植。结果　 74例共 77个治疗周期中 10 0 8个卵泡发育 ,获卵数 886个 ,获卵率87.90 % ;受精 6 8个 ,受精率 6 8.6 2 % ;5 88个卵裂 ,卵裂率 96 .71% ;移植数 30 0个 ,平均移植胚胎数 4.17±0 .77个。 77周期获临床妊娠 2 8例 ,妊娠率 36 .36 % ,已成功分娩 4例 ( 3例IVF -ET ,1例ICSI)。随访母婴良好。结论　体外受精 -胚胎移植疗效肯定 ,男性严重少。objective To evaluate clinical effect of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) for infertility. Methods From september 1998 to October 1999, infertile patients in Assisted Reproductive Technology Center were received IVF-ET including 77 cycles. The normal controlled ovarian hyper-stimulation was used for all patients. Oocytes were extracted by transvaginal ultrasound guided. In vitro fertilization ,cleavage were carried in cultural room, embryo transferred into the uterus. Results 1008 folliculus developed in 77 cycles, total 886 oocytes obtained ,and cleavage rate was 87.90% per cycle. The fertilization rate was 68.62 %, average embryo transfer was 4.17±0.77.4 cases including 3 IVF-ET and 1 ICSI had taken babies in 28 clinical pregnancy (36.36%). Conclusion IVF-ET is effective in treating infertility,and male patients with severe spermacrasia or cacospermia can be treated with ICSI.
