摘　　要：美国研究型大学的战略规划经历了长期的发展过程,第二次世界大战是其兴起的一个重要契机。战略选择和编制、战略实施、战略评价构成了美国研究型大学战略规划的三个基本环节。在战略规划过程中,美国研究型大学坚持战略选择上的差异化理念、战略编制中的开放化理念、战略实施中的效益化理念,保证了战略规划的进度和质量。The strategic planning for researching universities in America has experienced a long term,the Second World War is an important chance for its rising.The choosing and designing of strategy,implementation of strategy and assessment of strategy are the basic parts of the strategy planning of American researching universities.During the process of strategy planning,the researching universities insist on the diversified concepts on the aspect of strategy choosing,the open concepts on the aspect of strategy designing,and the efficiency concept on the aspect of strategy implementation,which have assured the speed and quality of strategy planning.
