摘  要:以京海黄鸡为试验材料,采用PCR-SSCP技术检测斑联蛋白(zyxin)基因第7外显子SNP,探讨zyxin基因该位点多态性与京海黄鸡屠宰性能以及肉品质之间的关系。结果发现该位点存在1个SNP突变位点,表现为3种基因型,分别为AA、AB和BB。统计分析表明公鸡的肝质量、屠宰率,BB基因型显著高于AA型(P<0.05);腹脂质量、胸肌率、腿肌率,AA型显著高于BB型(P<0.05)。母鸡群体中,只有爪质量AA型显著高于BB型(P<0.05)。3种基因型对肉品质的影响均不显著(P>0.05)。Jinghai yellow quencing were used to loeus's SNP of zyxin an result showed that one chickens were chosen for experimental animal, PCR-SSCP and DNA se detect the SNPs of zyxin gene in exon 7. The correlation between this d slaughter performances as well as meat quality traits were analyzed. The n was found in exon 7 which comprised three genotypes, named AA,AB and BB. Statistics analysis showed that genotype BB was significantly better than geno-type AA (P〈0.05) on liver weight and slaughter rate,genotype AA is significantly better than genotype BB (P〈0. 05) on abdominal fat weight, thorax muscles rat and crura muscles rat in cocks. Genotype AA was significantly better than genotype BB (P〈0.05) only on paw weight in hens. This three kind of genotypes have no significant effect on meat quality (P〉0.05).
