摘 要:通过构建基于数据包络分析的共同前沿面模型,利用中国37个工业行业的统计数据,实现对中国工业行业技术创新效率整体及分组实证测度,并且对传统的效率评价方法进行了改进,提出了对不同类型行业进行分组测度的评价办法。研究发现:中国工业行业技术创新效率呈现出整体不高且多数行业技术创新活动处于规模报酬递减的态势,不同技术密集程度的行业技术创新效率呈现出不同特征。This paper measure the performance of 37 industries in China on 2010 by composing a meta-frontier data envelopment analysis (DEA) model. The efficiency results obtained by the new constructed model can divide all the industries into three categories, then calculate the efficiency scores of the industries based on the different reference Decision Making Units (DMUs) and illustrate the gap between the performance of a category and the whole industries. Based on the efficiency results attained by our new models, we can find that the average efficiency score of Chinese industries is low while most of them locate on the process of efficiency decreasing position. Lastly, the industries with different technical density have different efficiency performances.
