股份制商业银行分支机构扩张经营效率实证研究

摘　　要：以湖南省某股份制商业银行为例实证运用DEA法分析了其分支机构经营效率,比较了总效率、纯技术效率及规模效率的变化,分析了规模效率及纯技术效率对总效率的影响。得出以下结论:商业银行必须依靠集约增长方式加快发展;商业银行在选择设立分行地点时,仍然将会考虑经济相对发达地区;应该适当控制分行分支机构数量,通过新建分行的方式可能产生更好的效果。In this paper we apply DEA to analyze the performance of a Joint-stock commercial bank＇s branches in Hunan, analyze its branches＇ operation efficiency and compare the overall efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency changes. We analyze the scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency of total efficiency effects. Some conclusions are as follows： Commercial Banks must rely on accelerating the development of intensive growth mode; Commercial Banks still will consider economy relatively developed regions in the choice of branches＇ location; Branch number should be appropriately controlled and the way of establishing city-level new branches may be more efficient.
