摘　　要：国际油价飙升和全球气候变暖等重大国际性问题促进了燃料乙醇行业的产生和发展,而燃料乙醇发展过程中又经历了粮食危机、成本危机和贸易壁垒等一系列问题。介绍了国际燃料乙醇的市场需求、政策法规、生产规模及未来发展趋势,认为我国应借鉴国际燃料乙醇市场的发展经验,从稳定原材料价格、技术攻关、高附加值产品、市场开放、加强国际化合作等角度入手进一步提高我国燃料乙醇的国际竞争力。International oil price increase and global warming problem all bring out the fuel ethanol industry and promote its development. While the development process of fuel ethanol has experienced a series of food crisis, cost crisis, trade barriers and so on. The international fuel ethanol market demand, policies, regulations, production scale and future development trend are introduced. The international advanced experience of fuel ethanol market should be learned from the stable prices of raw materials, technology, high - value - added products, open mar- kets, strengthening international cooperation etc. , which would help strengthen international competitiveness of civ- il fuel ethanol industry.
