多层次资本市场与中小企业融资“困境”分析

摘　　要：文章根据我国多层次资本市场发展现状,提出为解决中小企业融资难的问题,应该大力发展我国的多层次资本市场:进一步完善主板市场并建立真正的二板市场;建立统一、完善、高效的场外交易市场;发展创业投资和私募股权投资基金;加快推动中小企业私募债券市场的发展;进行制度创新,进一步放宽创业板上市的门槛;注意防范新三板市场的"新泡沫"并加大创新步伐;建立中小企业综合金融服务合作机制。According to the development of multi-level capital market and the conditions of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises,the paper puts forward the measures to deal with the difficulties in financing for small and medium-sized enterprises.In the author's opinion,China should try to develop multi-level capital market,establish unified,perfect and more efficient over-the-counter market,improve social service system,carry out institutional innovation and promote cooperation of comprehensive financing service.
