国际体育社会学组织目标及其达成

摘　　要：运用文献资料研究对当前3个国际性体育社会学组织的目标进行考察,结果认为,这些组织目标均以促进本学科的科学研究、提供非营利性的社会服务为核心,同社会学国际性学术组织目标相比具有一定的异同;为了达成组织目标,通过举办和参与学术会议、发行学术期刊和出版物、设立各类学术性奖项等方式来推动本学科的发展;然而,当前国际体育社会学组织在目标表述和目标达成上仍面临着诸多挑战。Organizational objectives provide some orientations of the organization and the discipline.With the methods of literature review,this paper makes examinations on objectives of three international organizations for the sociology of sport,a conclusion can be drawn that promoting research and offering non-profit services are the cores in their objectives’ contents.There are some differences and similarities comparing with the objectives of international associations of the sociology.In order to achieve their objectives,they hold and attend various kinds of academic conferences,issue publications,and offer academic awards for excellent researches or scholars.At present,the organizational objectives have many challenges in their statements and realizations.
