摘 要:针对聚乙烯(PE)燃气阀门的焊接质量问题,研制了PE燃气阀门自动热熔焊接设备。基于该焊接设备,以静液压强度为检验标准,采用正交试验以及单因素试验方法研究了翻边压力、翻边时间、吸热时间、焊接压力及保压时间等工艺参数对焊接性能的影响。结果表明,当翻边压力为0.17 MPa、翻边时间为61 s、吸热时间为110 s、保压时间为20 min时,利用自制热熔焊接设备焊接的PE燃气阀门的焊接质量最高,经80℃,4.0 MPa静液压试验检测,其耐压时间为1074 h,符合GB 15558.3–2008要求。A automatic hot-melt welding equipment for polyethylene(PE) gas valve was developed to solve the welding quality problems of PE gas valve. Based on the welding equipment, the influences of process parameters such as flange pressure, flange time, absorption time and pressure holding time on the welding quality were researched by orthogonal test and single-factor test methods with using hydrostatic strength test as the acceptance standard. The result show that when the flange pressure is 0.17 MPa, flange time is 61 s, absorption time is 110 s and pressure holding time is 20 min, the quality of the PE valve which welded by the equipment is the highest. The corresponding time of the 80℃ and 4.0 MPa hydrostatic test lasts for 1 074 h and it is in line with national standards GB 15558.3-2008.
