摘 要:对比了几种不同的往复式单螺杆销钉挤出机传动系统的传动机理,并在此基础上设计其对应的混合元件。利用Polyflow软件对混合元件内物料的流动和混合过程进行了模拟,分析了流场内的压力分布、剪切应力分布、物料停留时间和加工过程中物料经历的最大剪切应力。结果表明,采用摇摆箱传动系统时,流场内的剪切应力、温升和压力差较低,而轮系传动系统可实现单次旋转多次往复驱动模式,并且机械结构更具可靠性。The transmission mechanisms of several different drive systems of reciprocating single screw pin-barrel extruder were compared. The screw elements which corresponded to the drive systems were designed based on the transmission mechanisms. The flow and mixing characters of the screw elements were studied by using a Polyflow finite element package. The pressure distribution, shear stress distribution, residence time and maximum shear stress which the materials experienced during the processing were analyzed. The results show that the shear stress, temperature rise and pressure gradient are slower under swinging drive than that under gear train drive. However the screw can reciprocate repeatedly while rotating once under gear train drive and the mechanical structure of gear train drive is more reliable than that of swinging drive.
