摘　　要：目的探讨宿州地区高中生的性心理健康状态,为提高青少年的性心理健康水平提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取宿州城镇和农村高中生共1 039名,进行青春期性心理健康问卷调查。结果城镇学生生理知识、性知识、性观念、社会适应、自身适应、性认知分量表、性适应分量表得分均高于农村学生。在生理知识、性知识、性观念、社会适应、自身适应、性认知分量表、性适应分量表方面,男生得分高于女生;在性态度、性控制力、性价值观分量表方面,女生得分高于男生。在生理知识、性知识、性认知分量表方面,独生子女得分高于非独生子女,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论宿州市农村学生、女生、非独生子女学生性心理健康状况相对较差。Objective To understand the sexual psychological health status and the difference in different types of the high schoolstudents in Suzhou city, and to provide the scientific evidence for improving the level of teenagers＇ sexual psychology. Methods The stratified cluster sampling method was used and 1 039 students of high school from Suzhou city were enrolled, which were assessed by the questionnaire with adolescent sexual psychological health. Results In the physical knowledge, sexual knowledge, sexual concept, social adaptation, self adaptation, sexual cognitive components, sexual adaptation component list table, urban student scored significantly higher than the countryside student; According to the scores of physical knowledge, sexual knowledge, sexual concept, social adaptation, self adaptation, sexual cognitive components, sexual adaptation component list of table in boys were significant higher than in girls＇; In sexual attitudes, sexual control, sexual values component sheets, the girls＇ score were significantly higher than in boys＇; In the physical knowledge, sexual knowledge, sexual cognitive components sheets, the scores in lonely children families were significant higher than that in siblings＇ families. Conclusion The questionnaire score of high school students in Suzhou city is generally low, especially in rural, female and non-only-child in the family.
