摘 要:目的了解少数民族地区留守儿童心理弹性与孤独感的关系,为留守儿童心理健康教育工作提供依据。方法整群抽取云南大理白族自治州2个县4所乡镇中学1 345名学生进行问卷调查,其中留守儿童713名,内容主要包括青少年心理弹性量表和儿童孤独量表。结果少数民族地区留守儿童在心理弹性的积极认知、家庭支持和心理弹性总分上低于非留守儿童,而孤独感得分高于非留守儿童,差异均具有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。少数民族地区留守儿童心理弹性各因子与孤独感均存在显著负相关(P值均<0.05)。心理弹性的情绪控制、积极认知、家庭支持维度是留守儿童孤独感的重要影响因素。结论促进少数民族地区留守儿童心理弹性的发展是提升心理健康水平的重要内容。Objective To research the relationship between the resilience and aloneness of left-behind children in minority nationality regions in Yunnan Province. Methods Using the Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents and Children' s Loneliness Scale, 713 left-behind children and 632 non-left-behind children were investigated. Results The scores of the left-behind children in positive thinking, family support and total scores of resilience were all lower than the non left-behind children. The scores of the left-behind children on aloneness were lower than the non left-behind children. Correlation analysis showed that the relationship between the resilience and aloneness of left-behind children in minority nationality regions had a significant negative correlation. The factors of resilience including affect control, positive thinking and family support can forecast the aloneness of the left-behind children. Conclusion To promote the development of the resilience is the important contents in advancing the mental health of left-behind children in minority nationality regions.
