摘 要:目的 探讨血清胰岛素佯生长因子(IGFs)与胎儿出生体重、身长、胎盘重量和血糖浓度的关系。方法 21只孕鼠分为宫内生长迟缓组(IUGR)和对照组。检测2组胎鼠血清IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ水平,血糖浓度及胎鼠出生体重、身长,并进行比较和相关分析。结果 IUGR胎鼠的血清IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ、血糖浓度、胎盘重量及出生体重、身长均较对照组明显降低(P<0.01);IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ水平与出生体重、身长、胎盘重量、血糖浓度均呈正相关。结论IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ均可能为胎儿宫内发育重要的促生长因子,对胎儿血糖水平的稳定具有重要的调节作用。Objective To investigate relationship. between serum insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) and brith weight, length, placental weight, and blood glucose concentration. Methods 21 pregnant rats were divided into intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) group and control group. The fetal serum IGF-Ⅰ. IGF-Ⅱlevels , blood glucose concentration. placental weight and brith weight, length in both groups were measured, compared and analyzed. Results All fetal serum IGF-Ⅰ, IGF-Ⅱ levels, blood glucose concentrations, placental weight and brith weight, length in IUGR group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0. 01). Both serum IGF-Ⅰ. IGF-Ⅱ levels were correlated positively with brith weight, length, placental weight and blood glucose concentration. Conclusion Both IGF-Ⅰ, IGF-Ⅱmay be important growth promoting factors and may play important roles in regulation of steady blood glucose concentration for fetus during fetal intrauterine growth.
