摘 要:针对FFS包装机定量秤工作效率低、称量误差大的问题,设计一种基于称重控制器、PLC和给料伺服驱动器的FFS包装机伺服电子定量秤。确定伺服电子定量秤的结构、工作原理及以称重控制器、PLC和给料伺服驱动器为主要控制器件的控制系统。试验验证表明,称重标准重量为25kg/袋时,本设备称重能力为1 800袋/h,单袋误差为(-15~+35)g,20袋平均误差+15g/袋,相对误差为0.06%;与原设备相比,该设备称重能力提高了12.5%;称重相对误差减小了0.04%,完全能够达到电子秤衡器误差要求,系统运行稳定,效果显著。FFS packaging machine quantitative scale is low efficiency and weighing error.According to the defects at present,a new electronic servo quantitative scale was designed based on weighing controller,PLC,feeding servo drive,and the structures,working principle and control system were determined.The experimental verification showed that: the weighing capacity of the electronic servo quantitative scale could reach 1 800 bags/h,with single bag error-15 g to +35 g,the average error of 20 bags +15 g/bag,the relative error 0.06%,when the standard weight was 25 kg/bag.Compared with the original equipment,the weighing capacity of the electronic servo quantitative scale increased of 12.5%,the relative error was reduced by 0.04%.The electronic servo quantitative scale is fully able to meet the requirements of electronic scales weighing error,with stable system and significant effect.
