摘  要:目的:考察枳实-芍药药对中主成分柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷分别和芍药苷配伍后相应成分的肠道吸收特点。方法:采用大鼠在体肠灌流模型,超高效液相色谱(UPLC)测定灌流液中柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷和芍药苷的含量,计算有效渗透系数Peff及10cm肠段吸收百分比(10%ABS),比较主成分配伍前后化合物在肠道吸收的差异。结果:柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷分别与芍药苷不同比例配伍后各成分在大鼠十二指肠、空肠、回肠和结肠4个肠段中的Peff值和10cm%ABS值与单个成分相比无显著性变化(P>0.05),且配伍比例的变化并不显著影响主成分的吸收(P>0.05)。结论:与单体成分的肠吸收相比,枳实-芍药药对中主成分配伍并不能显著性影响主成分的肠吸收。OBJECTIVE This study focused on the intestinal absorption and interactions of the main components in Zhishi-Shaoyao drug pair.METHODS A four-sites of perfused rat intestinal model was employed.Naringin,hesperidin and neohesperidin were co-administrated with paeoniflorin by different ratios,respectively.The outlet concentration of naringin,hesperidin,neohesperidin and paeoniflofin were determined by the ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) and the Peff(effective permeability) and 10% ABS(the percent absorption of 10 cm of intestine) were calculated.RESULTS The values of Peff and 10%ABS had no significant difference between the mixture and individual in the four intestinal segments of rat(P〈0.05).Meanwhile,the changes in the ratio did not significantly affect the absorption of the main components(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION Compared with individual,naringin,hesperidin,and neohesperidin combined with paeoniflorin may not influence the absorption of these components in different intestinal segments.
