虎杖蒽醌化合物抗疱疹病毒的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :为了利用并开发虎杖的抗病毒性质 ,研究了虎杖蒽醌化合物抗疱疹病毒药效。方法 :利用空斑减数实验以及HSVCPE的抑制 ,进行此项研究。结果 :在HEP 2细胞系统中 ,晶Ⅰ对HSV 1F株增殖抑制、感染阻断、直接杀灭的ED50 分别为 1.2 0 μg/ml、1.86 μg/ml、0 .97μg/ml晶IV的相应数值为 0 .0 9μg/ml、2 .90 μg/ml、0 .0 7μg/ml。结论 :晶Ⅰ对HSV 1F株增殖抑制、感染阻断、直接杀灭的TI分别为 2 2 7、178、34 3。晶Ⅳ对HSV 2 333株的相应数值分别为 2 5 177、989、32 371。晶Ⅰ及晶Ⅳ均值得开发利用。Objective: In order to exploit it's antiviral properties,we observed it's antiherpes effect.Methods:Using plaque reduction assay and the inhibition of HSV cpe,we carried out this research.Results:In HEp 2 cell system,the ED 50 s of the inhibition effects on the multiplication and infection,the direct virucidal effect of crystalline Ⅰ on HSV 1F strain are 1.20 μg/ml,1.86 μg/ml,0.97 μg/ml respectively.And the corresponding figures of crystalline IV on HSV 2 333 strain are 0.09 μg/ml,2.90 μg/ml,0.07 μg/ml separately.Conclusion:The treatment indices(TIs)of crystalline Ⅰ to HSV 1F strain are 227,178,343 respectively,the TIs of crystalline IV to HSV 2 333 are 25 117,989,32 371 separately.They are both worth exploiting.
