摘 要:基于有限差分法,利用轴承已知外力和宽径比直接求解完整二维流动雷诺方程,得出油膜压力、油膜刚度、油膜阻尼等参数,避免了传统方法中的查表法以及选取扰动量造成的误差。针对某一轴承-转子系统进行稳定性分析,得到其临界失稳转速。结果表明:随着转速的增大,偏心率会逐渐减小,偏位角会逐渐增大,失稳转速逐渐减小;在保证全油膜的条件下,适当增大偏心率,可以增加轴承-转子系统的稳定性。Two-dimensional flow Reynolds equation for the bearing with given load and width-radius ratio was directly solved based on the finite difference method, avoiding the error caused by the traditional methods of look-up table and se- lecting disturbance volume. The oil film pressure, film stiffness and film damper of the bearing were got, the stability for a bearing-rotor system was analyzed, and its critical instability speed was got. The results show that, with the increasing of speed, the eccentricity is gradually reduced, the deviation angle is gradually increased, and the instability speed is gradual- ly reduced. Under conditions to ensure the whole of the oil film, the stability of the bearing-rotor system can be improved by increasing the eccentricity properly.
