摘 要:为研究润滑脂对玻璃升降器寿命特征的影响,研制一种采用功率特征来测量脂润滑性能与玻璃升降器寿命参数的汽车电动玻璃升降器脂润滑耐久性试验台。通过对试验台架测试效果的试验验证,并结合润滑脂理化性能分析表明:试验台能够模拟玻璃升降器全寿命周期内的磨损及润滑情况,能够准确测量汽车玻璃升降器寿命特征和润滑脂的工作特性,为实现玻璃升降器润滑优化乃至终身润滑提供了试验数据支撑。To study the influence of grease on the life of glass lifter, a new durability test-bench of grease lubrication for automobile glass lifter and its detection system were designed ,which was depended on the power of the bench test detecting system, and can measure the performance of grease and the parameters of glass lifter. The experiments were carried out to verify the effects of the test-bench. The results indicate that the test-bench can simulate the wear and lubrication state of glass lifter in whole-service life, and can measure the life characteristics of automobile's glass lifter and the working per- formance of grease accurately. It can provide test data to achieve the optimization and whole-life lubrication of glass lifter.
