摘  要:目的:建立贝芩新咳合剂的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对贝芩新咳合剂中的黄芩、百部和麻黄分别进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩中黄芩苷的含量:色谱柱为DiamonsilC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2,V/V/V),流速为1.0ml/mim,检测波长为280nm。结果:黄芩、百部、麻黄的TLC鉴别具有较好的专属性,阴性对照无干扰。黄芩苷的进样量在0.14~1.40μg范围内与其峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD均<2%;平均加样回收率为100.39%,RSD=2.76%(n=6)。结论:所建标准可用于贝芩新咳合剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard of Beiqin xinke mixture. METHODS:Scutellaria baicalensis, Stemo- nae Radix and Ephedrae Herba were identified by TLC. The content of baicalin in S. baicalensis was determined by HPLC. The de- termination was performed on Diamonsil Ct8(250 mm×4.6 ram, 5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phos- phoric acid (47:53:0.2, V/F/V) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/mim. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. RESULTS: TLC iden- tification methods of 3 materials had good specificities without interference from negative control. The linear range of baicalin were 0.14-1.40 p.g(r=0.999 7) with an average recovery of 100.39% (RSD=2.76% ,n=6). RSDs of precision, stability and reproduc- ibility tests were all lower than 2 %. CONCLUSIONS : The methods can be used for the quality control of Beiqin xinke mixture.
