摘　　要：目的:评价丹红注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重的有效性及安全性。方法:计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、Ovid-medline、Pubmed、Embase、CNKI、万方、维普及中国生物医学文献数据库,按纳入标准选择随机对照试验,进行质量评价与资料提取,并用RevMan4.2专用软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果:共初检出147篇文献,经筛选最终纳入21篇关于丹红注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重的随机对照研究。有效性:合并OR=3.95,95%CI[2.95,5.27],Z=9.30(P<0.01);安全性:无明显不良反应。结论:丹红注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重安全、有效;但本研究纳入文献样本量较小,还需大样本、多中心随机双盲试验加以验证。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the effectiveness and safety of Danhong injection in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease. METHODS： Retrieved from Cochrane library, Ovid-medline, Pubmed, Embase, CNKI, Wan- fang, VIP and CBM, RCTs were collected according to inclusion criteria. The quality of RCTs was evaluated and the data of them was extracted, and RevMan 4.2 software was used for Meta-analysis. RESULTS： A total of 147 literatures were found, and 21 of which about Danhong injection in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease were finally included {OR= 3.95,95%CI[2.95,5.27], Z=9.30（P〈0.01 ）}. No obvious adverse drug reaction was found. CONCLUSIONS： Danhong injec- tion is effective and safe in the treatment of the acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease. Large-scale multi-center dou- ble-blind controlled trials are required due to small-scale samples in the included literatures.
