医院业务收入影响因素的灰色关联分析

摘　　要：目的探讨医院业务收入的影响因素。方法采用灰色关联分析法对某院2006～2011年医院业务收入及其影响因素进行分析。结果影响某院业务收入的因素其关联程度由强到弱依次为病床周转数、出院人数、门急诊人数、固定资产、实际占用总床日数、病床使用率、平均住院日、职工人数。结论灰色关联分析法适用于多因素非线性的因素分析,其方法计算简单,排序明确,结果可靠,在医院管理中可广泛的应用。OBJECTIVE To discuss the influencing factors of the hospital business income. METHODS We used the method of grey association analysis on hospital business income and its influencing factors from 2006 to 2011. RESULTS The associ- ation degrees of influencing factors in hospital business income ranking from strong to weak were as follow, number of sickbed turnover, number of discharged patients, number of outpatients and emergency patients, fixed assets, the actual days of the total bed occupation, bed occupancy rate, average hospitalization clays and number of employees. CONCLUSION Grey as- sociation analysis method is suitable for multivariate nonlinear factor analysis and simple with clear and reliable results, and can be widely applied in hospital management.
