摘　　要：目的分析美国公共卫生双学位研究生教育在近10年的发展状况,探讨其发展趋势及对我国研究生教育改革的启示。方法收集2001～2010年间美国公共卫生双学位研究生培养的报告数据,结合约翰霍普金斯大学、哈佛大学、耶鲁大学等公共卫生学院的相关资料;采用Excel建立数据库并对数据进行比较分析。结果在培养形式方面,双学位研究生与单一学位研究生差异有统计学意义(χ2=747.589,P﹤0.001);双学位类型多达51种,MPH和其他学位相结合的双学位有35种;2008～2010年共有2948名公共卫生双学位研究生注册,占10年总注册人次的42.37%。结论 MPH与其他学位相结合是公共卫生双学位的主流形式,社会对公共卫生双学位的需求日渐增加,我国须加大专业学位研究生双学位的培养力度。OBJECTIVE To explore several suggestions for our reform of postgraduate education by analyzing the develop- ment status of the dual degree postgraduate of public health in America. METHODS We collected 2001-2010 annual data re- port from association of schools of public health （ASPH）, combined with John Hopkins University, Harvard University, and Yale University School of public health official website information; and used excel to establish and analyze the data. RE- SULTS Dual degree postgraduate were systematically different from single degree postgraduate in training form （~2 = 747.589, P 〈 0.001） ; the amount of the type of dual degree was 51, dual degrees including MPH was up to 35; among 2008-2010, there were 2 948 new enrollments, representing 42.37 percent of the total fall enrollments of the ten years. CONCLUSION Dual degrees that include MPH are the mainstream forms, the demand of the dual degree of public health has been increasing these years. Therefore our country should make effort to develop dual degree postgraduate of professional degrees.
