摘  要:目的研究卡巴胆碱对烫伤休克大鼠血流动力学影响。方法 Wistar大鼠采用30%体表面积Ⅲ度烫伤模型,随机分为生理盐水组(对照组,C组),卡巴胆碱组(实验组,D组),测定不同时间点各组大鼠血流动力学指标:平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、左室收缩压(LVSP)、左心室舒张末压(LVEDP)。结果与C组比较,D组烫伤后15min、1h血流动力学指标的差异无统计学意义,2h、4h后D组,可明显降低心率,提升MAP、LVSP,但对LVEDP无影响。结论卡巴胆碱能改善烧伤休克大鼠血流动力学,有助于烧伤后休克及并发症的防治。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of carbachol on the changes of hemodynamics in rats with scalded injury. METHODS Wister rats were randomly divided into two groups: scald + NS group and scald+ carbachol group. A rat model of 30% total body surface area scald was produced. The myocardiac mechanics indexes including mean artery pressure (MAP), heart rat (HR), left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP), left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP) of all the rats were recorded by Multiple Channel Physiological Signal Collecting and Processing System. RESULTS HR decreased; MAP and LVSP increasde at 2h, 4h after injury when rats were subjected to carbachol. CONCLUSION Carbachol has a beneficial effects on the hemodynamics in rats with scalded injury, and it might be benefit to the early treatment of burn shock.
