摘  要:目的建立天然矿泉水中硼酸的柱后衍生-离子色谱测定法。方法样品中的硼酸通过离子色谱柱分离,柱后紫外衍生法测定。结果硼酸在0.3~10.0mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9996;以3倍信噪比计算,本法的检出限为0.3mg/L;方法相对标准偏差为1.8%~2.2%,回收率为94.0%~98.7%。结论该方法线性好,灵敏度高,专属性强,可应用于天然矿泉水中硼酸含量的检测。OBJECTIVE To establish the method of ion chromatography post-column derivation with ultra-violet for determination of boric acid in natural mineral water. METHODS Boric acid in sample was separated and detected after post- column ultraviolet derivation. RESULTS The linear range of the method was from 0.3 to 10 mg/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9996.The detection limit of the method was 0.3 mg/L. The relative standard deviation was from 1.8% to 2.2% and the recovery was from 94.0% to 98.7%. CONCLUSION The method is sensitive and specific and it is suitable for the determination of boric acid in natural mineral water.
