摘　　要：在梳理水生态文明评价指标相关研究现状与已开展工作的基础上,对水生态文明的内涵进行了解读,提出了包括水生态系统、水供用系统、水管理系统和水文化系统的水生态文明评价指标体系框架,并开展了各系统的评价指标筛选,明确了各项指标的具体计算方法,结合水生态文明评价的基本条件和特色性指标,形成了较为完整的水生态文明评价体系。Interpretation of inherent of water ecological civilization is made on the basis of knowledge of current evaluation indexes and working experiences. A framework of evaluation indexes system is proposed relating to the systems of water ecology, water supply and utilization, water management and water culture. Selection of evaluation indexes is made to each system. Specific calculation method of each index is defined. A relatively perfect evaluation system has been formed by taking the basic condition and civilization into full consideration. special indexes for the evaluation of water ecological
