摘　　要：目的:探讨代谢综合征(MS)中医证型与胰岛素抵抗(IR)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、廋素(LEP)的相关性。方法:检测99例确诊的MS患者的血脂、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹血浆胰岛素(FIns)、TNF-α、LEP等指标,与24例体检正常的患者作对照,应运Sas9.13分析中医证型与各检测指标的相关性。结果:MS中医各证型组血脂、FPG、Fins、TNF-α、LEP均高于正常组,并且有一定规律。结论:MS各中医证型与IR及TNF-α、LEP密切相关,可将TNF-α、LEP作为辨证分型的参考指标。Objective：To explore the correlation metabolic syndrome （MS）and TCM syndrome type of insulin resistance （IR） and tumor necrosis factor alpha （ TNF -α） , leptin （LEP）. Methods ： 99 cases diagnosed as MS were tested blood lipid, fasting plasma glucose（FPG） ,fasting plasma insulin （Fins） ,TNF -α, LEP, etc. And 24 cases of patients with normal physical examina- tion were as a control. Sas 9.13 analysis application was TCM syndrome type and the detection index correlation. Results ： In MS TCM syndrome type group, the blood fat, FPG, Fins, TNF-α, LEP for higher than those in normal group, and there was a certain rule. Conclusion：MS TCM syndrome types and IR and TNF-α, LEP were closely related, TNF-α, and LEP as dialectical parting reference index.
