摘　　要：文章从病因病机、诊断、处方用药等方面,介绍了陆为民治疗慢性泄泻的经验。认为本病应立足肝脾肾,把握治疗大法,脾虚湿盛为本,与肝肾相关,久病不愈,肝脾肾三脏互相影响,终致三脏同病,治疗以健脾化湿为主,与疏肝温肾兼筹并顾。强调诊断当先明,辨证结合辨病,以三脏论治,喜用风药,善用黄连、仙鹤草为其治疗特色。This article introducde LU Weimin＇ s experience in the treatment of chronic diarrhea from etiology and pathogene- sis, diagnosis, prescription medication, and so on. It is thought that this disease should be treated based on liver, spleen and kidney to confirm therapeutic method. Insufficiency of spleen and damp excess is the root; liver and kidney are involved at some degree. When it comes to the end, spleen, liver and kidney are all damaged. The treatment must give priority to strengthen spleen for elim-inating dampness, and to soothe liver and warm kidney at the same time. He emphasizes clear diagnosis, differentiation of disease and syndrome from spleen,liver and kidney. He is good at using coptis and agrimony, especially in favor of medicine which can prevent wind.
